How does Minecraft account linking work?
At checkout you enter your Minecraft username and choose Java or Bedrock/Geyser. We resolve and normalize it to a stable account identity and show it back to you before you approve payment. Delivery is tied to that account, not just a typed username.
What is the difference between one-time and recurring billing?
Supporter is a single one-time purchase of $9.99 — you pay once and keep the rank permanently. Supporter+ is a $4.99/month recurring subscription billed automatically each month until you cancel.
Why does Supporter+ require Supporter first?
Supporter+ is a monthly step-up that adds perks on top of the permanent Supporter rank; it is not a replacement. You must own Supporter before subscribing. If you cancel Supporter+, its monthly perks end but your permanent Supporter rank remains.
When is my purchase delivered?
Delivery is confirmed by our server after PayPal verifies the payment, not by the browser. Most deliveries are quick, but if there is a short delay we show a pending state honestly rather than claiming instant success.
Can Activity Points buy ranks, crate keys, or gear?
No. Store-bought Activity Points are cosmetic-only. They can be spent in the in-game AP Shop on cosmetic unlocks and cannot buy crate keys, ranks, gear, gameplay power, or any competitive advantage.
Do you support gifting?
Gifting is not available yet. It will only be offered if and when the fulfillment and account-linking system explicitly supports delivering a purchase to another player's account.
